2016 interns

iPerform Theatre Company has created a special internship program that provides an opportunity for kids to learn more about what it takes to run a business. Each child attends special workshops led by Cristina and Molly and gets hands-on experience in the areas that they are interested in! 

​SEAN CORRIE, CO-PRESIDENT

Hi! My name is Sean Corrie and this coming year will be my first year as Co- President for iPerform. I am 13 years old and I am in seventh grade at Capitol Hill Magnet School. This will be my seventh year participating in iPerform and I am so glad to be able to take on a bigger role this year. Being a part of iPerform has really grown me as an actor/singer and it has also made me a better leader and a better person in general. I'm always learning new things each season and I always have so much fun with iPerform. I can't wait to start a new season!

​FRANKIE BUETTNER, CO-PRESIDENT

Hi! My name is Frankie Buettner, and I am the Co-President of iPerform Theatre Company. This will be my seventh year being apart of iPerform  and I'm excited to help out with marketing and take on a bigger leadership role! I am thirteen years old and I attend Open World Learning and I will be going into eighth grade in the fall. I am apart of a circus youth school, and I enjoy skiing, ultimate frisbee and playing piano. iPerform has taught me about acting, as well as leadership and responsibility. I am very excited to see what this summers production has in store.

​JACKSON HUMES, VICE PRESIDENT

Hi, my name is Jackson Humes and I am part of the tech direction, directing and budget teams. This is my seventh year as a part of iPerform. I am currently a 7th grader at Ramsey Middle School and enjoy being outside and with friends. I am very happy to be a part of this team!

​MEGAN RATHS, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Hi, my name is Megan Raths and I am the Director of Operations for iPerform Theatre Company L.L.P. I am 15 years old and have just finished my freshman year at Roseville Area High School. This is my seventh year with iPerform and I can’t wait for what’s in store this next year. Being apart of iPerform has helped me become a more responsible person. When I joined iPerform I was one of the older kids in the theatre company so I had to step up at times and be the responsible one. I love being able to say that I'm apart of the iPerform Theatre Company!

Freya rahm; communication, sales, costumes/make-up/hair

Hello, my name is Freya Rahm. I am an intern for iPerform. I am 11 years old and will be going into 6th grade at Mounds Park Academy in September. Some activities other than iPerform that I enjoy are tennis, alpine ski racing, reading, writing, and soccer. As an Intern I am apart of communications, sales, costumes, hair, and makeup. I look forward to this coming season and what the year will bring!

julian christenson; Technical direction, stage management

Hi, My name is Julian Christenson and I am part of technical direction and the theatre/stage management team. I am 13 years old and going into 8th grade at Ramsey Middle School. Some things I enjoy doing outside of iPerform are reading, skiing, video games, biking, and being with friends. This is my third year at iPerform, and I am looking forward to being a part of it again, and being an intern this year.

Linnea campbell, advertising & marketing

Hi, my name is Linnea. I am 13 years old and I will be going into 8th grade at Open World Learning School this fall. This will be my 2nd year with iPerform and I have enjoyed every second of it!! I am a part of the marketing and advertising team for iPerform. With advertising, I hope to grow the number of kids participating and number of audience members. I hope to see what comes in the future for iPerform!

Maddi wald, costumes/make-up/hair

Hi, my name is Maddi Wald, I'm 15 years old and I'm a part of the costumes/makeup/hair team. This will be my third time being a part of iPerform. I just finished my freshman year of high school at DeLaSalle and will be attending there again next year as a sophomore. iPerform has taught me a lot about leadership, creativity, and setting an example. There is an endless amount of fun with iPerform. I've met so many amazing people and have made so many memories. Being a part of iPerform is a great experience I'll never forget. I will hopefully be a part of iPerform for many years to come. I can't wait to see what's in store this year!

Hi! My name is Ella Pratt, I'm 13 years old, and this September I will be an 8th grader at Open World Learning Community school. This will be my third year at iPerform and I will be a part of the sales and costumes teams. Other than iPerform, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, school, tennis, ultimate frisbee and gymnastics along with summer camps! I'm looking forward to being a part of iPerform because it has taught me a lot about acting, leadership and working with people of many ages. I'm excited for this years production and I'm looking forward to working with everyone again!

Hello, my name is Sophia Lancaster and I am a part of Costumes/Makeup/Hair Team and the Sales Team. For Sales I will work on getting sponsors, work on my communication skills and more. For Costumes/Makeup/Hair I work with others to get and create costumes for the cast members. I am 13 years old and I go to Murray Middle School. This is my third year in iPerform. Being a part of iPerform has helped me become a better leader, actor, and friend. It also has helped me so much and made me laugh and smile. iPerform is a safe place where I can have fun and be myself. All those are reasons I love being a part of iPerform.

Nicole vessel; sales, costumes/make-up/hair

Hello! My name is Nicole Vessel, I am 13 years old, and this fall I will be an eighth grader at Trinity School At River Ridge. This will be my third year being in iPerform. I am a part of costumes, hair, make-up, and sales. I love doing iPerform because I get to meet new people and have a chance to be a more responsible teen.  During my free time I love to hang out with my friends and play volleyball. I am also very dramatic so sometimes I do weird improv things at home :).  At iPerform you can come as you are. It is a very kid\teen safe place to be. I can' trait to see what this summer holds!

elliott norton-bower; technical direction, finance

Hi! My name is Elliott, I am thirteen years old, and I go to Ramsey Middle School. This is my fifth year in iPerform and my first year as an intern. I am a part of the technical directing team and budget/financing team. I enjoy iPerform because it provides children and teens with a fun environment to learn about acting and teamwork. I’ve enjoyed acting with my friends and meeting new friends and can’t wait for this year’s program!

Elsa carlson, theatre & stage management

Hi! My name is Elsa Carlson, I'm 13 and I will be an 8th grader this September at Open World Learning Community. This summer will be my second year at iPerform, and my first year as an intern. I love to act and sing, and being a part of iPerform for this little amount of time has helped me grow so much in these ways. I had a great experience last year and I am looking forward to a new year at iPerform!
